Getting an MRI is a simple procedure and there's no need to put on a gown, as long as you wear clothing without metal (zippers, snaps, clasps etc.). In fact, you can even listen to music during the procedure so bring your favorite CD... we'll provide the headphones. Please refer to My MRI on this website for more on preparing for your procedure.

How to Schedule Online

• Complete and submit online referral form
• Must fax prescription or written order with physician signature to 859-635-0663
• Must fax insurance card and clinical notes to 859-635-0663
• KDC pre-certification department will obtain authorization if permitted
• KDC staff member will contact the patient and schedule scan
• KDC will fax insurance authorization and appointment date and time
